1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged

• Wrong product delivered

• Product has a manufacturing defect

• Item is missing from the package

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Product must be unused and in original packaging.

• Unboxing video and clear photos are required as proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used products

• Products damaged by customer misuse

• Digital/downloadable products

• Clearance or sale items

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.

• In Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be transferred via bank account or UPI.

4. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer:

• Free replacement

• Store credit

• Full refund

depending on product availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

• Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Return Shipping

• If the mistake is from our side, return shipping cost will be covered by us.

• If return is requested for personal reasons, customer may need to bear shipping charges.
