If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • In approved cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping costs may be covered by CandyCraft.
